Seeing and Being Seen
The Arnos Vale congregation is a fellowship of Christian believers who both see and are being seen. The church is located beside the E. T. Joshua Airport, opposite the terminal, and is easily visible from aircraft landing and taking off from the runway. One can then see Arnos Vale Methodist Church both coming to and going from St.Vincent.
In addition to seeing the planes arriving and departing, the Arnos Vale congregation sees our neighbors. Although our membership comes to church from a variety of locations, we endeavor to be an integral part of our surrounding neighborhood, particularly the areas commonly referred to as the Pole Yard and the Bridge. Arnos Vale congregation seeks to be, and hopefully will be seen as, a group of people all trying to be faithful followers of Jesus Christ living in community with our brothers and sisters next door.
